My order is stuck or pending, what do I do?

For Buyers (you're trying to buy USDC):

Orders have a 6-hour window to complete. If your order is pending:

1. Complete the fiat payment to the seller
2. Return to ZKP2P and verify your payment using the PeerAuth extension
3. If verification fails, check our FAQ for your specific error message

If the 6 hours expire before you complete, the order will be cancelled and the seller's USDC will be unlocked.

For Sellers/Liquidity Providers (your deposit shows a pending order):

• Do NOT click "Release" until you have received the fiat payment in your account
• Users have 6 hours to complete the transaction
• Once the 6 hours have passed and they haven't completed, you can withdraw your funds
• To reclaim funds from an expired order: Click "Manage Funds" → "Close" or "Withdraw"

If you're stuck on the verification screen:

1. Try refreshing your browser
2. Restart the PeerAuth extension
3. Try a different browser (Chrome or Brave recommended)
4. If issues persist, open a support ticket with your intentHash
